Click Automations > Open a workflow or create a new one from scratch.
Look into each step of the workflow and make note of the parts you want to customize.
Look at the trigger of your automation. Note that you can have multiple triggers for any workflow.
Click through each email or SMS in the automation to customize the copy.
When you are satisfied with your automation, test it.
Once you are happy with your Automation and feel it is correct, publish it so that it is live.
