• Make sure you have your contacts uploaded into your system

• If you want to separate them by a tag that they have and you don't already have the customers/clients tagged move to the next step.

• If you do not have the tag created yet, please click Settings > tags > add tag and create the tag that you want to apply to some of your contacts

• If you have already tagged your contacts, click "More Filters" in the Contacts view.

• To separate contacts based on tags click Tag and choose the IS operation

• Open the drop down and select the TAG that you want to sort.

• This will create a list of only the contacts that have that tag applied to them.

• Click Save As and Name the Smart List

You can create smart lists based on a variety of filters such as city, state, tag, product purchased, etc. Spend some time exploring all the options to create smart lists based on different needs.
