• You will want to have a business email address that matches with one of your business domains.

  eg: yourdomain.com ➡️ [email protected]

• Open your domain registrar's website (Godaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.) in another tab on your browser and log in.

• In your Brand Builder AI account click Settings > Email Services

• Click the button that says "Add Domain"

• Type in the domain or subdomain you choose. eg: mail.yourdomain.com and click continue

• If your domain has the option to "auto configure" select it. (Auto-configure works with some registrars like Godaddy and Cloudflare)

If your domain says you need to manually setup the records follow the next steps:

• In your registrar's website, select your domain and select "Manage DNS" (or similar) This looks different on different registrars but the function is the same.

• Locate the domain area of your domain registration account. Click to manage the DNS (Domain Naming System)

• Now, go into your BrandBuilderAI account and copy each record, one by one. Paste the records accurately into your DNS.

• Once you have all the records in click verify.

• You may need to hit verify a few times for it to fully verify (this may take a few minutes to fully show verified.)
