• Export your contacts from your current CRM or email provider

• If your contacts are all over the place, list them in a spreadsheet and save the spreadsheet as .csv. **Make sure that this file has headers of First Name, Last Name, email, phone (not all are required but need to be labeled across the top row)

• Click Contacts > Import Contacts

• Click Upload File

• Locate the file on your computer and upload it

• Map the fields to match the available fields within BrandBuilderAI as it matches the columns in the spreadsheet.

• Once you have all the columns you want matched up, if there are other columns you don't care to import click the "Don't Import Data in Unmatched Columns"

• Click the Import button

• If you like, name the list that you just imported for quick reference in the future.

*If someone is on your spreadsheet and already in your system it will update the record based on the most recent information as long as the email is the same. If the email is different it will create them as TWO different contacts..
