Chase’s Landscape Services Gets Booked & Built

November 02, 2026•6 min read

Chase and Victoria Williams started Chase’s Landscape Services, LLC in New Orleans in 2012. Over more than a decade, the family-owned company has become a trusted name in New Orleans, Metairie, Kenner, Harahan, River Ridge and the rest of Jefferson Parish. They handle landscape design and installation, artificial turf, sod, hardscaping, LED landscape lighting, irrigation, drainage and fencing.

Their reputation comes from one simple belief: do the job right the first time. Their work has been featured in New Orleans Magazine and on WWL-TV’s Great Day Louisiana, and they were chosen to install the bronze historic markers for the Oak Street Historic District.

Their work was top tier. Their online presence wasn’t.

The Challenge

Chase’s was growing on referrals and reputation, but their website and sales process weren’t keeping up.

Custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript

The website didn’t say what they do or where. Visitors landed on a row of photos with no headline, no value proposition and no clear next step. Someone looking for “landscaping in New Orleans” had to scroll to figure out what the company offered.

Services were reduced to icons. All eight services sat in a grid of small icons with one-word labels. There were no descriptions, no photos of the work and no reason for a homeowner to choose Chase’s over the next company.

Trust signals were buried. The press coverage and years of experience barely showed up. Reviews sat in a single small slider halfway down the page.

There was only one way to convert. One “Get a Free Quote Now!” button and a basic email form at the bottom were the only ways to reach them. The phone number wasn’t front and center.

Leads came in from everywhere and lived nowhere. Calls, texts, Facebook messages, Instagram DMs and form submissions all landed in different places. Nothing tracked where a lead came from or what happened to it.

Reviews depended on memory. Happy customers left reviews only if they remembered to, and Chase and Victoria were too busy running jobs to keep asking.

Chase’s needed more than a new look. They needed a complete system to turn their reputation into a steady flow of booked projects.

The Solution: The Booked & Built Launch System™

We brought Chase’s onto the Booked & Built Launch System™, our all-in-one sales, reputation and growth platform for premium trade companies. We also acted as their Service Partner Agency, which works like an outsourced marketing and sales-systems team.

1. A Website Redesign Built to Book Jobs

We rebuilt the website from scratch. Every section has a job to do: build trust, show the work, or get a quote request.

A hero that says it right away. The new homepage opens with “New Orleans Landscaping Done Right the First Time,” along with “Get My Free Quote” and “Call Now” buttons. Visitors know what Chase’s does, where they work and how to reach them within seconds.

Credibility up front. Logos for Nextdoor, New Orleans Magazine and Great Day Louisiana sit right under the headline, so trust comes before the visitor scrolls.

Service cards with photos. The old icon grid became “Our Landscaping Services in New Orleans,” a set of image-led cards for each service. Each card links to its own page so homeowners can learn more and Google can rank each service separately.

A clear reason to choose them. A new “Why New Orleans Homeowners Choose Chase’s” section explains what sets them apart, including their “one crew, one contract” model: one team handles the whole outdoor project, from design through lighting and fencing.

A real family story. The About section now presents Chase and Victoria as a local, family-owned team, with press features and 5-star reviews right beside it.

Community credibility. A “Marking History on Oak Street” feature highlights their historic marker installation, which ties them to the neighborhood in a way competitors can’t.

Local proof of work. A “Proudly Serving Greater New Orleans” project gallery shows real yards in real neighborhoods.

A contact section that converts. The basic email form became a full quote form with project-type options and a service-area map. Live chat and SMS consent are built in, so every inquiry goes straight into follow-up.

The whole site uses a premium deep-green palette with full-width project photos. It’s fast, mobile-friendly and full of local keywords to send Google the right ranking signals.

2. A Sales Automation CRM

At the center of the system is the BrandBuilderAI CRM, one hub that tracks every lead, conversation and estimate across phone, text, chat, social media and email. Chase and Victoria can now see:

  • How many leads are coming in

  • Where each lead came from

  • What stage every deal is in

  • How much revenue is in the pipeline

The CRM also replaces several separate tools: texting, email, appointment booking, invoicing, contracts, payments and a business phone line. Everything runs from one mobile app they can use from the job site.

3. Google Maps Ranking and Profile Optimization

For a local service company, the Google Business Profile is often seen more than the website. We optimized Chase’s profile with targeted keywords, fresh content and automated engagement that shows Google the business is active and trustworthy. We also syndicated their listing to Apple Maps, Bing, Gemini and other directories, so homeowners can find them wherever they search.

4. Automated Review Generation

After every completed job, the system automatically asks for a review, collects feedback and posts responses. Chase and Victoria don’t have to remember to ask. A steady stream of 5-star reviews improves their Maps ranking and makes every new lead easier to close.

5. Deal Tracking and AI Insights

AI-driven reporting shows conversion rates, current revenue and projected revenue. Chase’s can now see which services, sources and campaigns bring in the best jobs and spend accordingly.

The Rollout

The launch followed our two-phase process:

Phase 1: Onboarding and setup. We gathered key business info, customized the CRM, optimized the Google profile and completed the website redesign. Chase and Victoria met their dedicated Project Manager, got hands-on training and received documented SOPs for their sales process and lead tracking.

Phase 2: Activation and ongoing support. The website, CRM automations and follow-up campaigns went live. We keep optimizing their Maps profile and monitoring the automations, with Live Office Hours and 24/7 chat support available.

The Outcome

Custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript

Chase’s Landscape Services went from a website that hid their work to a complete system that brings in leads:

  • A premium website that makes the right first impression and turns visitors into quote requests

  • Every lead captured and tracked in one place, with no missed calls or lost messages

  • Automated follow-up that keeps prospects engaged until they book

  • A growing stream of 5-star reviews without any manual effort

  • Stronger visibility on Google Maps and across other search platforms in their service area

  • Clear data on where their revenue comes from

The Takeaway

Great landscaping companies don’t lose jobs because of their work. They lose them when homeowners can’t find them, can’t see the quality of their projects, or can’t easily reach them. Chase’s Landscape Services already had the craftsmanship, the reputation and the local story. The Booked & Built Launch System™ gave them the digital presence and sales system to match.
